Villa Alarosa is a rustic Spanish Villa detached & in 10 acres of land, situated in a mountain retreat where the nearest town is Bunol. A large swimming pool with views across the countryside including eight sun beds. There are 3 outside eating areas. There is also a Paellera (Spanish BBQ) with a selection of Paella pans in assorted sizes. The large lounge has windows in 2 sides, a large dining table is situated to one side of the room; more than adequate to comfortably host a large family. The kitchen is English style with washing machine, fridge, microwave & hob. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom plus single bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds plus single bed & a bathroom. Linen & towels are provided. There is a large parking area, the Villa is solar powered. Economic use of water is essential. Drinking water is collected from the mountain.

Where locally grown fresh produce can be purchased. Bunol is famous for the annual tomato throwing festival (La Tomatina). The train can be taken from Bunol to Valencia & takes approx. 40 mins alternatively you can drive, approx 45mins. The city is very vibrant with lovely architecture as well as beaches & will host the Americas Cup in 2007. Bonaire shopping complex with over 1000 shops, restaurants, bowling alley & cinemas is only 20mins away. El Bosque Golf Course ranked 5th in Spain is only 20mins away. Al Saler beach which is situated within a Nature Reserve area is approx. 40mins away. Valencia Airport is approx. 25mins a way. Cheste Racetrack is approx 15mins away. There are some spectacular mountain routes, wine routes & beaches to explore. The Villa is ideal for mountain adventure sports.
