Points of Interest
Malvarrosa beach runs the length of this barrio. There is the Mercado Cabanyal street market selling clothes, textiles etc and Port America´s Cup is right on the edge of the district.
Shops and Facilities
All supermarkets and shops are available in this area plus many beachfront bars and restaurants. The beach has showers, public toilets, sunbeds and parasols for hire and lifeguards on duty during the day.
Parks and Children
There are no park areas to speak of in La Malvarrosa but the beach makes for the best play area around. It is watched by lifeguards or ´socorristas´ during the day.
