The master bedroom consists of two single beds (which can be pulled together), en-suit bathroom, built in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a really quirky feel to it, it consists of a very large room with a double bed in the mezzanine floor, downstairs it has an en suit bathroom, cupboard, writing desk and many books and films to borrow and enjoy. The lounge is furnished with a sofa bed for two and a large dining table and chairs, the room is very bright and airy and is equipped with TV and DVD. It also has one balcony with beautiful views of the street. The open plan kitchen has been completely modernised to very high standard. The flat has a lovely Spanish feel to it and is filled with antique furniture and books. Babies are very welcomed, there is a baby changing station, bath and a travel cot.
Sleeping facilities
The sleeping areas feature two large bedrooms each with on-suit bathroom. A master bedroom with two single beds which can be pulled together and a large second bedroom with a double bed in the mezzanine floor. There is also a small double sofa bed which when opened up consists of a foam mattress which sits on the floor (135*190 cm) in the living room which can sleep two people. There is also a travel cot. Sleeps 6 persons.

The apartment is in an ideal location for a visit to Valencia. It is found in Ruzafa, one of the trendiest areas in the city with it’s own food market and buzzing local life, cafes and restaurants. Forming part of the historic centre of Valencia, the area is filled with 1920s buildings and beautiful art deco architecture. In just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the train station and the city centre. The majority of the most important sites are in the apartment’s vicinity such as the traditional Ruzafa market, the Gran Via Marques del Turia and many others. The magnificent Turia gardens are just 10 minutes away as are the Music Palace and the City of Arts and Sciences.
