Las Magnolias is a part of a small complex of houses and apartments with a swimming pool and tennis court (open from mid May until the end of September). It is situated on a quite side street with just a 10 minute walk to the beaches, the nature reserve and the marina of Las Fuentes with its shops, restaurants and bars.

This self-contained spacious house has two large bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed, and one twin bed with additional pull out beds to sleep more. There is a well-appointed lounge/dining room with a TV (UK SKY freeview), and a separate kitchen with full size cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and washing machine.

To the front is a patio and there is also a small garden to the rear.

The house also comes equipped with travel cot and high chair for the younger members of the family.

Disabled access is also provided with a ramp up the kerbside and then from street level to the front door. The house also has a downstairs shower, sofa bed and flat front and rear gardens. Pets are welcome - All that we ask is that you respect a few simple common sense rules.
